يتعين على المقاول لغاية أن تكون الاشغال ووثائق المقاول ، في الحالة التي يتطلبها العقد بتاريخ انقضاء "فترة الاشعار باصلاح العيوب" المتعلقة بها، أو بعدها مباشرة بأقصر فترة ممكنه عمليا أن:
أ. ينجز أي عمل متبق اعتبارا من التاريخ المحدد في شهادة تسلم الاشغال.
ب. تنفيذ جميع الاعمال المطلوبة لاصلاح العيوب او الضرر وفقا لتعليمات صاحب العمل.

It is the responsibility of the contractor until the date specified in the agreement that dictates "the period in which to rectify errors and faults" or directly after it within the earliest possible time:
A. Any remaining work or work in progress must be completed as per the date specified in the project achievement certificate.
B. All completion work must be in line with instructions given by the owner of the work.
