Banka obavlja kreditne poslove i poslove platnog prometa sa inostranstvom na osnovu Rešenja Narodne banke Jugoslavije br. 43/96 od 12.09.1996. godine. Banka je Rešenjem Narodne banke Jugoslavije br. 419/97 od 11.07.1997. godine dobila dozvolu za obavljanje berzanske trgovine na finansijskoj berzi i to žiralnim novcem, menicama, čekovima i kratkoročnim hartijama od vrednosti.

The Bank performs loan operations and foreign payment operations based on the Decision of the National Bank of Yugoslavia no. 43/96 from 12 September 1996. With the Decision of the National Bank of Yugoslavia no. 419/97 from 11 July 1997, the Bank received the permission for performace of stock exchange operations at the financial stock exchange with deposit money, bills of exchange, cheques and short-term securities.
