Initial fee for Selected Models shall be paid each time within twenty (20) days after the date of a registration certificate to be issued by the relevant government authorities for this Agreement or the relevant document in which the Parties agree on the selection of the relevant Selected Models; provided, however, that if the amount of the initial fee exceeds Fifty Million Japanese Yen (¥50,000,000), the payment term may be separately agreed upon between the Parties.
