9. Контракт та Угода становлять єдину угоду між Сторонами та заміняють будь-які попередні угоди, усні чи письмові домовленості між Сторонами по відношенню до цього питання, будь-які заяви, обіцянки, що були дані чи мались на увазі з будь-яких висловлювань чи записів під час переговорів чи зазначені в протоколах між Сторонами до моменту укладання цієї Угоди, окрім того, що зазначено в цій Угоді та Контракті.
