ARTICLE 6: TERM AND TERMINATION
6.1. Term of Contract.
6.1.1. This Agreement will be effective (the “Effective Date”) upon execution by both Owner and Operator, Owner’s establishment of the payment security as set forth in Section 4.2.2.4 and payment of the first payment of the Mobilization Fee as set forth in Section 4.1.1 hereof, and shall remain in effect from the Commercial Operations Date for a period of 3 Years.

6.1. Plazo del Contrato.
6.1.1. Este Acuerdo será efectivo (la “Fecha Efectiva”) luego de la ejecución por parte del Propietario y Operador, que el Propietario establezca la seguridad de pago como se establece en la Sección 4.2.2.4 y el pago del primer dividendo del Costo de Movilización como se establece en la sección 4.1.1 del presente, y permanecerá vigente a partir de la Fecha de Operaciones Comerciales por un periodo de 3 Años.
