Education

I possess an Honours English Degree from Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada) I also have a post-Graduate diploma in Book and Magazine Publishing from York University-Centennial College (Toronto, Canad) that prepared me for a career in publishing and communication. I've taken French and French Translation courses from the University of Bordeaux III (Michel Montaigne) and have an excellent knowledge of both French and Anglophone cultures.

Professional Experience

I have translated for a number of different companies since I began translating professionally in 2002. I also worked as a book editor for several years for such companies as Carswell Publishing (a top legal publisher) Oxford University Press and Knopf Canada.
