Ya es la tercera “REC” que vemos, si bien ésta es la continuación de la primera versión de Balaguero y Plaza, o sea la española. La segunda fue la “remake” norteamericana. Mucho para una buena idea. Por lo tanto, segundas partes nunca fueron buenas y en este caso no hay excepción. El impacto de la primera fue especial y único, aquí nos encontramos con más de lo mismo.
El tema sigue: un grupo de copropietarios han caído víctimas de “algo” especial que los fue aniquilando.

It is the third REC we see, even when this one is the sequel to the first versión from Balagueró and Plaza, which is the spanish versión. The second one was the american remake. Too much for a good idea. Therefore, sequels are never good and in this case this is no exception. The impacto n the first one was special and unique, in here we see more of the same.
The theme is the same: a group of co owners become victims of “something” special that started to exterminate them.
