TC's Online Court
The Online Court is where the client can seek arbitration for a job that does not meet
the quality standards defined in the Client's Bill of Rights.
Within 7 days of the final submission of work a client can easily make a case
using the court interface, and an impartial expert in the languages of the job will decide
if the translator should be penalized.
Only clients who use SecureTrans can use the Online Court
otherwise they are contracting translators at their own risk, and TC cannot guarantee the quality or
deadlines established by any other means than through the SecureTrans method.
